Contactless Curbside Pick Up Policy

Please schedule your Contactless Curbside Pick Up appointment online on the "YOUR CART" page prior to checkout. PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS ON THE SAME DAY FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS. Contact us via onlline chat, before placing your second order, so we can add it to the same pick up time. If multiple appointments are scheduled on the same day, orders will be combined to the first time selected and a $25 Canceled Appointment Fee will be charged per order over one.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up confirming your appointment date/time. Same day appointments are not available. Items MUST be picked up within 5 days, excluding Sundays to avoid additional fees. Once an order is scheduled for pick up, we cannot schedule the order for delivery.
Items should be picked up at Bloomingdeal$ Furniture Store 3315 Madison Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46227. Pick up appointments are scheduled Mon - Fri 10:30a - 5:30p and Sat 10:30a - 1p, every half hour. Appointments are for 15 minutes to inspect and load your items. ALL items should be picked up at your appointment to avoid additional fees. We do not offer any packaging materials to transport items, please plan accordingly.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
- Please back in/pull to the glass garage door in the FRONT of the building.
- TEXT your name or order number to 317-983-3257 so we know you have arrived. You will receive a text response within 5 minutes to let you know we are bringing your order out. (If you have not received a text response within 5 minutes please verify you texted the correct number).
- We will bring the items outside of the building.
- PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE until all items are out and employees are back in the building.
- PLEASE INSPECT all items prior to loading them, all sales are final once loaded, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for loading your items. Please bring the appropriate vehicle to fit all items and plan accordingly for larger items. Bring help if needed.
To change your appointment date/time please text 317-983-3257 during phone hours 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to fees below. Text requests received outside of phone hours may be subject to fees below.
Fees may be assessed and an invoice will be sent via email. Fees must be paid prior to pick up for the following:
- Missed/Late Appointment - $25.00 (No show, arrivals later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, without notice)
- Same Day Cancel/Reschedule - $25.00 (Appointments canceled or rescheduled after phone hours 9a - 9p the day before or same day.)
- 2nd Appointment for Same Order - $25.00 (A second appointment scheduled because all items wouldn't fit in one load. PLEASE plan accordingly on your first trip.)
- Multiple Appointments for Same Day - $25.00 (When you place more than one order and schedule mulitple appointments on the same day. When placing multiple orders please contact us via text or chat prior to checkout so we can add your orders to the same appointment time.)
- Storage Fee - $50/day (Items held over 5 days will be invoiced via email daily. After 3 days orders will be canceled and all monies paid will be forfeited. Items will be restocked and made available for purchase.)
